Our History:

COSO was founded in 1996 by Managing Director Steven Hantos to meet the needs of commercial and medical businesses in Sydney accessing a high quality comprehensive property cleaning and maintenance service.

From 2009, COSO opened new company in Viet Nam under establishment certificate No. 4104010369 issued by Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment. Soon after establishment, COSO VINA was granted the permission to receive technology transfer as well as machines and equipments of the world’s leading cleaning firms such as Windsor and Tennant (USA), Dulevo and Filmop (Italy), Klenco (Singapore), Peerapat (Thai Lan), Unger and Karcher (Germany)

COSO VINA has provided cleaning services to series of office buildings, including but not limited to Thermtrol Company Limited (VSIP), Great Easterm Resins Industrial Company Limited, Bio-Pharmachemic Joint Venture Company…

Regular cleaning services:

The offered services is the full package , including manpower, tools and equipments, specialized chemical, for whole the public areas. Depending on each area, working frequency can be daily, weekly, monthly or periodically/p>
